AGENT LOCATION & OTHER INFO:
To locate ALL agents in EVE who will work with you,
F10
=> display settings => stars => my agents. The green
dots are agents. Move your mouse over the dot for
the
level, quality, and job type of the agents in that
system.
To find agents to work with in a specific corpration,
pull up the corporations information (search People &
Places, or [i] in the station they own) and check out
the agents tab. It shows agents in the corp by
division.
You can also search agents by standings by:
Character
Sheet => Standings => Liked By => Right Click a Corp
=> Show Info => Agents, you can see all the agents
that are & arent available to you. It will also tell you
the corp standing you need to have a specific agent
become available to you.
Storyline missions become available after you run 16
successful regular missions for any agent or
combination of agents; you will then get an evemail
from the storyline agent and it will be listed in your
journal.
Agent Quality: Agent quality shows the relative
richness
of the agent's rewards compared to other agents of
the same level. An average agent's quality will be 0.
Agent quality also slightly affects mission difficulty,
but not much.

If you just look at those damageprofiles I assume it's EM, Thermal, Kinetic Explosive... see aprox how important aech resists is into the missions
Offline
true... if you know how to use it it isn't bad, BUT not every sansha mission have THAT specific ratio of damage types... Though i bet it's pretty close
